Swept Away
I bought a new camera body and while I know I didn’t ‘need’ it, but it can do some amazing stuff like let me take this 1” long exposure from a mildly bumpy cockpit while still getting impressive sharpness. Sometimes it’s smooth going around storms and sometimes not. It wasn’t too bad for us, but those people in Kansas were taking a beating…
Toby popped in to ask if I saw Toto flying around in that storm and I had a sudden flashback to flying monkeys and melting witches. Don’t even get me started on the Munchkins! I’m still scarred - I’m not sure who thought that would be a good movie for little kids.
Toby interrupted me, ‘I don’t have time for your little therapy flashbacks, I asked if you saw Toto! That guy owes me money and I need to track him down. He thinks he’s a big shot because he was in a movie!’
I started to ask him why they needed money at the Rainbow Bridge but he was already running off fuming about his ‘two dollars!’
